How do I print my email voucher?

Your voucher will arrive by email as a PDF attachment. Simply open the PDF attachment and print. The quality of the print finish will be determined by the specifications set on your printer.

I’ve received my voucher and there is a mistake on it, can I get it amended?

Can I still make a booking if i have lost my voucher?

Vouchers can be retrieved from the system and re-issued providing they are still within their dates of validity. Please contact us via https://brackenthwaite.com/contact for assistance.

Can I extend or refund my voucher?

Vouchers cannot be refunded or extended, but they can be gifed on. This does not alter the dates of validity.

I have only part used my voucher, can I carry forward the balance?

Monetary vouchers can be part redeemed with the balance being carried forward to use at a later date within the same dates of validity.

How do I redeem my voucher?
