All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may not be exchanged for cash.

Experience vouchers are for a single transaction and may only be redeemed once. Monetary vouchers can be part redeemed, the balance will be carried forward to use at a later date within the specificed dates of validity.

The unique code must be entered at checkout for the discount to be applied. 

All services being exchanged against a voucher must be pre-booked, and the voucher applied at the time of booking. Vouchers cannot be applied if presented for the first time during a stay.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be gifted, but we will require written notification (email) of this from the named voucher holder.

Lost or out-of-date vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Vouchers are only redeemable at Brackenthwaite Holidays.

Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void.

All vouchers are valid for 13 months from the date issued, unless otherwise specified.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Brackenthwaite Holidays payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
